Is Hosterio cloud software, or does it run on our servers?
Both. Every hotel gets its own instance, in a cloud we manage, or on your own infrastructure. Either way your data lives in a dedicated database, not in a shared multi-tenant system.
Who owns the data?
You do. The database is yours (PostgreSQL) and can be exported at any time. The built-in GDPR toolkit covers subject access, deletion, consent and processing records, plus automated Bulgarian regulatory filings (ЕСТИ, tourist tax, НСИ).
Can we run more than one property?
Yes. One instance supports multiple properties with per-property branding, currency, timezone and team roles, plus rollup reporting across the portfolio.
Which payment providers are supported?
Stripe and PayPal, with 3-D Secure enforced on card payments, deposits and pre-authorisation holds, pay-by-link, card on file and reconciled cashier drawer sessions.
Does it connect to Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb?
Google Hotel feeds work from day one. The Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb adapters are built and get certified for your property during onboarding, we say that openly rather than promising plug-and-play.
How does migration from our current system work?
Onboarding is run by our team: we load rooms, rates and future reservations with you, run in parallel, and train each department before you switch over for good.
What happens if the licence lapses or we stop paying?
The hotel keeps running. Check-in, check-out and the compliance features live in the core and never lock, only add-on modules switch off. The data stays yours.
How is the system secured?
